Refund & Return Policy
Germination Guarantee:
We stand behind the quality of our seeds and offer replacements for any products that demonstrate low germination rates. Please note that refunds are not provided for germination issues.
Order Cancellations & Refunds Before Shipment:
If your order has not yet shipped and you’d like to cancel it, please note that a restocking fee of 2%–6% may be deducted from your refund. This fee helps offset non-refundable payment processing charges and currency exchange fluctuations that we incur during the refund process.
Orders canceled within 12 to 24 hours of placement are generally not subject to this fee, though exceptions may apply. Alternatively, if you choose to receive your refund as store credit, the full value of your order will be credited to your account without any deductions. This credit can be used toward future purchases.
Please be aware that customers who frequently place and cancel orders may be denied service or have their accounts restricted at our discretion.
For any questions or to request a cancellation, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible.
Refunds After Shipment:
Refunds for issues such as incorrect shipping addresses, malformed shipping information, or orders placed in error are handled on a case-by-case basis. Please contact us as soon as possible if you notice an issue with your order.
Returns:
To ensure seed quality and integrity, we do not accept returns. Once seeds leave are shipped, storage and handling conditions cannot be verified, meaning they cannot be resold. Thank you for your understanding and support.
International Orders & Customs Seizures:
Please note that we DO NOT offer refunds for international orders that are seized or delayed by customs. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the legality of importing seeds into their country prior to placing an order.
By placing an international order, you acknowledge and accept all associated risks. During checkout, buyers are required to check a box confirming their understanding and agreement to these terms.
