We ship WORLDWIDE via standard letter mail.
Estimated Delivery Times:
- Canada: 1–2 weeks
- USA: 2-4 weeks
- International Orders: May take longer depending on local postal systems

All payments are processed securely through our website using Shopify.
International Orders
We DO NOT GUARANTEE DELIVERY on international orders due to potential issues with customs regulations. While we have not encountered shipping problems to countries such as the USA, Germany, or the UK, international mail policies are constantly changing.
Please be aware:
- International orders are placed at the buyer’s risk.
- It is a the customers responsibility to check with their local officials prior to ordering seeds.
- There are no refunds for International Orders seized by customs
Duties, Tariffs, and Taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you're ordering seeds outside of North America, we strongly recommend checking your local customs regulations before placing an order.
We reserve the right to deny free shipping promos to international (Non US/Canada) orders that require excessive shipping, such as orders over 50 packs of seeds to international destinations.
MacksPeppers.com is not responsible for issuing refunds for orders that are delayed, held, or "stuck" due to postal service disruptions, including but not limited to worker strikes or labor disputes within any country or postal agency. We appreciate your understanding and encourage customers to monitor their local postal updates during such events.
