Carolina Reaper

The Carolina Reaper is one of the hottest peppers in the world. Created by Ed Currie, The Carolina Reaper is said to have come from a cross between a Pakistani Naga and a Red Habanero and the name "Reaper" was given to it due to it's scythe like stinger it produces. 

These seeds yield bright red, wrinkled fruits that can reach up to 2.2 million Scoville Heat Units. The peppers have a fruity, slightly sweet taste that can complement various dishes, but caution is advised due to their extreme spiciness. Ideal for hot sauce enthusiasts and adventurous cooks.
