Hangjiao 7 Supernova (HJ7)

The 7th variety in the 10-pepper Chinese Space Pepper collection.

This unique pepper traces its origins to a Chinese space mission, where chili seeds were exposed to radiation and microgravity, conditions that accelerated genetic mutations and gave rise to this extraordinary cultivar. Discovered by Jiang Xingcun in 1987.
